Zips up the side, and the front has hook & eye closures up the bust. The upper back is smocked to provide a flexible fit. Approximate measurements taken laying flat: Armpit to armpit: 15” across Waist: 15.5” across Hips: 18.75” across Length: 27” from top of center bust to bottom hem. Gently used, see last 4 photos for minor flaws noted: 1) a small stain near the hem - it’s difficult to see in most light. It’s pointed out in one photo and then shown close up. 2) There also appear to have been straps for hanging the dress up that have been cut out, and 3) there is a small run in the lace at the back of the bodice.
