BCBGirls Navy Cocktail Dress

This gorgeous dress has a sweetheart neckline. It comes with straps but can be worn as a strapless dress (please see pics). The cups are lightly padded and there are stays in the bust and on the sides. It's fully lined and there's about a 4" split in the back. The dress is pleated below the belt and the striped detailing is velvet/corduroy (please see the close up pic for both of these). It falls right at/just above the knee. Excellent used condition. Machine wash gentle cycle.
