honestly i think you would be fine because this was a approx measurement and i didn't want to pull the fabric to tight but i can take a pic and remeasure if you want? i think 30 will work but lmk how you want me to take a pic with a measuring tape

@lorac2015 Sorry for the delay, i have added the pic and it does hit 15 inches (see 2nd to last pic), also BONUS, i was wrong and only the front part of the of the dress that doesn't have any stretch and the back (including the white lace on the back) has stretch and i tried to show that in the last pic. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
