BCX cream/white blouse

Classy cream/white (I can’t decide) blouse with elegant black lining around the collar and down the chest. It has long sleeves that can roll up above the elbow, and stay secure with a pretty white button. It has been worn once and then dry cleaned. The fabric is 100% polyester.
