Shawl collar with cozy cream color sherpa fleece lining in body and pockets, not in arms. Adjustable elastic pulls at hem and pulls at neck. Cuffs can be recessed or pulled out. New with tags. Cuffs have some marks, shown in picture. Has a couple tiny random marks on jacket. Hard to notice. 100% Polyester. Measurements laying flat are: Bust: 26.5" Length: 24"
