BDG Penelope Fit & Flare Dress (Urban Outfitters)

Cozy-casual fit + flare dress from BDG. Ribbed knit featuring a fitted bodice and a short + swingy mini skirt finished with a banded scoop-neck and racerback. Runs a bit large; I recommend this dress for a bustier woman than I (34A!); however, it's a delightfully lightweight, comfortable, and flattering summer dress to fling on on the way to the beach.
