BDG Smocked Off the Shoulder Top

Worn once and only for a few hours-paired it with a high waisted white mini skirt and received many compliments. Could dress up or down- could even take it retro since it’s smocked. Colors are subtle pastels against an ivory/ white tone. Front button detailing. Color is true to professional photos- I just have really dull lighting in my room at the moment so don’t use that as your judge. Purchased at Urban Outfitters Armory Square.
