BEAUTIFUL BLUE POLKA DOT DRESS

Beautiful dress with a A type skirt with pleated details and bow in the chest area. The skirt part has a tulle underneath that peeks out at the hem. It has a hidden zipper in the back as well as ties to tie at waist in back. Size twelve but fits more like a 10. Beautiful! My clothes are in excellent condition, in many cases like new. I always hang dried. I'm a shopaholic so my kids have tons of clothes that sometimes got worn twice at most.
