Teal dress by J & M Fashion. It comes down on the left arm in layers with embellishments at the shoulder. The right arm is strapless. There is a strip of sticky tape that is actually sew along the inside of the strapless part to adhere the dress from sliding down. Side zipper closure. Pretty dress wore one time.
