Bought this beauty at a clothing sale but sadly it ended up being too small in the waist for me:( Amazing embroidery throughout on top of a green tweed-like material. Zips and has button in the back—button could possibly be moved over to give a bit more room, but not much. This statement skirt would be so amazing for fall with a cream colored turtleneck and some heeled boots! No tag (possibly hand made), but I would estimate a size 0-2 Waist: 12” (flat) Hips: Free Length: 31”
