Stunning vintage Bebe blouse made from sheer teal fabric with monarch butterfly wings all over. This is a popover top with a v-neckline that can be tied with strings, and a high-low hemline. The sleeves are artfully crafted as bell sleeves that look like butterfly wings. Materials tag is cut out, but feels like polyester. There is one small hole on the back - see photos for details.
