NWOT- Low V neck dress with flowing skirt. Reminds me of a Grecian styled dress. The main part of the skirt is tight along the lower body with a flowing taffeta style (polyester) layering on top. Comes with matching tie for around the waist. I wore once as bridesmaid dress in Hawaii. Super comfortable and forgiving ;)
