BEBE Velvet and leather skirt

Beautiful black velvet full length skirt by Bebe with added shape enhancing velvet ribbon, studded lines. This is a really nice piece. Vintage. The skirt is very full...no shortage of fabric here! It has a slight train in the back. The skirt has a side zip and shapely faux leather top. This skirt is in like new condition. The pictures don't do it justice. If I had someone to gift this too 💝💖💗I would, bc it's so nice. This skirt has a 100% silk black lining Please let me know if you have any questions.
