BEBE bright floral fit & flare dress-worn once!-S

Wore this fun dress once to a summer wedding, it really POPS! Bold bright print- colorful florals with black and white in a knee length fit and flare style. It is lined and well made. The fabric is thick and stretchy, feels almost like a neoprene. Zips in the back. It shouts “fun” and it’s going to waste while I have no where to wear it!
