BEBE glittery pencil skirt.9.5 out of 10 condition

The only reason I took a half pony off for condition, is clasp is loose and just needs to sewn up tighten it. However, as is does not affect closing the skirt. Zips in back. Ruffled in bottom yo make sure it still has uniqueness rather than being your typical black pencil skirt. It’s a charcoal gray with slivers of silver thread to give it a slight glittery look without making it inappropriate for ALL occasion, work, dinner , etc.or on a night out, dress it up and have a more glamorous look.
