BEBOP polka dot and striped hi-low dress

Another light and breezy summer dress from BeBop. Rockabilly esque. Has high low hem. Cute collar details. HAS POCKETS! Tag is a size Large but can fit a medium or large with the adjustable tie waist. Shows some signs of wear (light discoloration under the arms but hardly noticeable) but still has lots of life left.
