BELLEEK LIGHTHOUSE TEA POT

A figural lighthouse tea pot from Belleek made in Ireland of porcelain with a glazed finish. A spray of shamrocks is found on each side and the body has embossed stonework with windows. There is roiling waves at the base and at the spout. The lid features the window of lights and hand painted shamrocks at the top. It measures 5" in diameter, 8.5" in height to the top of the lid and 9" from handle to spout. This is a "hard to find" piece and there is one very minor flaw; a small chip under the lid's rim (pic 8) and won't affect the usage nor be seen when displayed. Belleek is all handcrafted in Northern Ireland and has produced pieces for over 165 years. This piece was probably never used only displayed; it's in great condition.
