BELT Cotton Web Striped with Studs

Gently used woven belt in colorful stripes with studs and grommets. Measures 43" end to end (unfastened), 19" across (fastened on the longest setting) and 17" (fastened on the shortest setting). Some fraying around the longest hole (see pic). Could probably be fabric glued down and wouldn't be noticeable.
