NWOT~ Beautiful vintage BETMAR NY paper dress bucket hat. Lovely feminine tulle netting delicately wrapped around the brim, with a beautiful flower accent. The flower is fabric with sparkly edges. Never worn, but there is a little makeup on the front of the inside headband from try-ons. Very classy. Not a thrift store purchase.
