ashleysh1n is the flaw very noticeable? also what is the waist measurment?

h0neytrap @ashleysh1n the waist measurement is about 25“, it’s true to size. The flaw is barely visible as it is in the back and covered by the frills/tiers/ruffles (I didn’t notice it until I listed the dress for sale). Moreover, it can be easily fixed by sewing it together.
