"BETTY BLUE" BLACK FORM FITTING ZIP UP SKIRT

Betty Blue black stretch skirt with silver zipper all the way up the front and elastic waistband for a sexy, form fit. 17" in length from top to bottom. Bought on another resale site, but too snug on me. So much the zipper wants to pop open when i put it on. So although it says LARGE, I believe it would fit a MEDIUM better. Would hate to have the zipper pop open while in public.
