Mrs Madeleine Graham has scammed multiple people on luxury trades. People trusted her because of her influencer status on ig. She has also been known to send fake/counterfeit luxury items to unsuspecting buyers. She scammed me out of my $1200 gucci soho bag and instead sent a used dirty gym bag. Her old posh name where she scammed others was @madidianelyo. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS WOMAN. POSHMARK DOES NOT PROTECT AGAINST TRADES. If you get scammed you must contact law inforcement and lawyers.

viktoryia96 Hi I got scam doing a trade at Poshmark by @mgraham24500 I know is a honorer system but she use all her appearance to deceive you and think that she is a honest person. At the beginning she ask for a trade and after looking threw her account I thought she seems legit and proceed with the trade after doing the trade with her I received a counterfeit burberry bag and she stayed with my Chanel bag.

ambarabella86 She has the opportunity to do the right thing. Hopefully, she will return your Gucci. If She doesn't, Please proceed with filing a police report in your area and her local PD. Get the case number. Next file a internet crime unit report. This is a felony theft. Next, take all your records and file a complaint for mail fraud. They take these matters very seriously! The result is very serious. I was able to successfully prosecute a scammer. Civil lawsuit is also an option.

I say “As discussed “ put a meme photo then the item or items I’m trading in the listing & make sure they do the same & I tag my trader after I post .. Because that way you got proof of what u are trading & make them do their listing the same before you go through with the trade.. it gives a little more proof & also you can’t delete a sold listing.. hope that helps .. @glamourgurl7

ambarabella86 @boujeefinds It's both! So when I did mine, I had a police report written up. I have a case number still. I contacted her local police department in Florida and filed a report. She was no stranger to the police. I took that information and filed a mail fraud report with the USPS. After that, I filed a claim with the IC3 crime unit. All the links are on that fraudulent listing post I have up in my closet. I hope that helps!

ucelloblu This is absolutely crazy to me. How is she still allowed to sell on Poshmark? She argued and argued with me about the fake earrings she sent to me. I asked Posh for a refund based on authenticity and they granted it. She still claims her earrings are legit and will relist them!!

ucelloblu She had the audacity to tell me I am rude for not accepting the earrings the moment they were delivered to me, even though it took almost 2 weeks to receive the earrings! I sent her 4 messages about shipping-got nothing until the 9th day. Box arrived smashed with duct tape. And how dare I question authenticity. Ugh.

ambarabella86 @ucelloblu In my situation it was a different sophisticated scam. Different lady same kind of MO. I sold a Authenticate Louis Vuitton Speedy 25 in immaculate condition. She sent back a China fake. I disputed it because I opened the package upon arrival in front of my postmaster and he was a witness to the fact the weight was different. The box that I shipped had a different weight than the one that she sent to me. She sent me a Speedy 30 china fake.

She knows she sent a dirty gym bag and she has your Gucci. Please do the right thing and ship back the bag, and all of this goes away. However, continued scamming will result in fines, lawsuits, and jail time. That's 100% guaranteed.

If she does that, you will not press charges. If you can work something out with her privately that will be very beneficial. If not, we just continue to post about it and you have to file legal charges.

classicluxeshop I’m sorry about your bag :( I replied to your comment on her post and she has blocked me too😂 I didn’t purchase the earrings, but she did send them to the original purchaser and I warned her to file a claim as they aren’t authentic. Also it seems she steals photos to use and she also has another profile here. Karma will come back and bite her big time!
