Hello fellow Poshers! I recently put up a new post and immediately, two different women posted on it saying they were interested in my item and that they wanted me to email them about. I thought it was a little weird but me being an idiot I emailed them back. When I got a response from them they wanted my personal info so they send me a check for my item. Having a weird feeling about it I decided to google it and thank god I did! This is a SCAM!! Do not email them back! Just wanted to warn you!!

nunniabusiness This happens on Ebay and M3rcari as well... If they're asking to call/text you with a number its always a dead give away cause they don't pm you and want to sometimes "give an address and pick it up"

nunniabusiness Also I had this happen with a job interview. It got suspicious for a "dog walking/house sitting" job when they asked to #1 Give full name and address #2 claimed they were going to send a key to my address #3 Didn't give a full address only a street number #4 Used a fake name for a company (the company confirmed no one by that name worked there) #5 sent pictures of their dogs that weren't consistent. (Random pictures of German Shepherds and Siberian Huskies.) Police were contacted immediately.
