SELLER IS HORRIBLE!! I get the package and… 1. The blanket that says bnip/never opened, was opened. 2. The small hoodies I got from her were supposed to be like new. The black one was not at all! Tons of piling and the strings were frayed. 3. The grey soft blanket that came in a bundle wasn’t included, she gave me a different beach blanket instead. I message the seller asking where the correct blanket was, she apologized and said she couldn’t find it so she sent a different one. I don’t understand why she wouldn’t message me before shipping. she then promised to find the grey blanket and send it to me. So, I rated her. Trusting her!!! She BLOCKED ME. Didn’t send me the grey! What a horrible seller! I just want others to beware! Please share!!! UPDATE!!!! She unblocked me and started conversating me me on this post. She was very rude. I feel I was super patient about this situation. I just went ahead and reached out to poshmark support instead and blocked her! I do not recommend this seller to anyone!

nancy41060 First of all you were not blocked. My daughter is in the hospital with Covid!!!! You are not my priority my daughter is. I’m still working on the blanket situation. You couldn’t mention that the bundle weighed over 18 pounds and I paid over $50.00 out of my pocket to mail all your items to you. I am an excellent Posher and take pride in being a posher. I told you I will look for it but things are happening at home that are out of my control.

You didn’t tell me about the ship cost til after I had came to you about my stuff. I’m sorry your daughter has covid: you could have reached out to me and let me know instead of making it where I had no way to communicate with you.

showme1616 @nancy41060 if you would have reached out to me right when you were about to ship you could have split the listing in two and I could have bought two listings so you were not out of pocket for ship. I do feel bad you spent 50 on ship. Do you have the receipt that you spent 50 on the extra ship?

nancy41060 @showme1616 I sent a temporary replacement so it’s not like you received nothing. You did get a blanket. I will get to it as soon as I can find it. I have a lot of inventory. showme1616 @nancy41060 I understand that. But you didn’t message me before shipping stating that you couldn’t find the blanket and asked if I wanted it still or confirm the replacement. You just replaced it and waited til I got it and I realized the blanket I ordered wasn’t in my box. I am being quite understanding actually. I didn’t get something I paid for, you told me you would find it that night and ship it.

showme1616 @nancy41060 I waited with no response. Then I had to reach out again. You said you were at the hospital. So I waited again. It’s been 4 days and even time I’ve had to reach out to you. You have not just given me a update on it yourself. I paid for the item I should have received it or at least reached out to about the situation. So I feel I’ve been more than kind.

_the_rack @showme1616 that’s quite terrible. If you reach out to support and screenshot the comments they will help you. Similar happened to me. Order got accepted only to find two left shoes. I sent copies of messages to Poshmark and they refunded me $50 of my order. No point in reaching out to seller. Go through support ❤️

affordpink So I’m not a new seller but learning Posh and only have listed on here a week. I’ve had 2 people already try to scam me, like send me checks or something. This however is bad seller etiquette and they should know better. She should’ve contacted you as soon as she couldn’t find the blanket and just go from there. No reason to take it to this level. Let be grown here, my goodness! Great shop! I just sold my last BIG dog!
