BEYER TOO! Black Embellished Midi-length Dress Sz S -Juniors

Cute retro-juniors size small labeled “Byer Too”, vintage from around 1998-ish. Back in style, but please note a small from then equals an XS (extra small!) now. It’s really tiny. Has a smattering of shiny bits attached to a sheer over dress, in an abstract pattern and fully lined. Dress is mid-calf with spaghetti straps and in excellent condition.
