dsimmons78 @craftybeermaven so I just noticed I didn't have a size cart up on this item. But I just posted one. I can't be 100%sure what would fit you best. My daughter tells me the small fits tight and she's comfortable in it. She weighs 105 she's in a size 0 and she's 5'2.

dsimmons78 @sadie222 Hi. Well let me start by saying I had never tried one of these on till today. I wanted to give you a accurate response so I put one on. My waist is also a 32 but my weight is 175. I am 5’8. I tried the XL since that would be my fit. It went on with a little struggle and my booty looked bigger than Kim K’s. 😂 but a XXL fit me best and was most comfortable. So I will suggest the the XXL

dsimmons78 @mevguerrero19 I recommend the Medium. It also depends on your weight. The small should fit but it will be very tight. I guess it depends on what you are comfortable with. In my case my waist is a 31 but my weight is 175 so the XL fits me better and gives me the results I’m looking for.

dsimmons78 @mevguerrero19 sorry to hear that. These garments do run small which is why I suggest going a size up. I know everyone has a different body type so it’s difficult to get it exactly right. I go by the guidelines on the garment and make suggestions on my experience using the garments.
