Brand new with tags, purchased for my wedding but decided on another dress. It’s absolutely beautiful and well made. The pic of the back is with me wearing it, mom son got sick of buttoning it so they’re not all buttoned!! The dress is in perfect condition. The belt is not for sale. I am a 32d and a 27 inch waist and it fits great. I am 5’3 and it definitely needs to be shortened. This gown has not been altered in any way.
