BHLDN Watters & Watters Tinsley tulle dress. Brand new with tags from an overstock outlet. Beautiful ruched, knotted detail in front. Open back with soft tulle sash that can be tied wrapped around the front or simply tied in the back. The tulle is delicate and soft and dress is feather light. Light cups attached to the bust and flexible boning to preserve the shape. Back zipper w/ hook and eye closure. Size 4 dress has a small snag on the sash on the bottom half. Please see pictures.
