This children's costume consists of a few shades of blue between the dress, cape, and sequins! The crewneck collar is lined with rhinestones (a few of which are falling off on the left side, could be easily glued!) which are then connected with the "cape" and sleeves, which are made of a mesh material, and decorated with varying sizes of silver sequins. The actual dress itself is made of a darker blue fabric with blue sequins, with a high-low fit and slit in the right leg!
