🟧🟧🟧 BICE Navy Blue Floral Double Layer Maxi Skirt - size 12

This skirt is in excellent condition and it comes from a smoke free home. It is size 12, the waistband measures 15 1/2 inches across and stretches to 17 inches across and it measures 36 inches from the waistband to the bottom of the skirt. There are two layers to the skirt. The top layer is sheer. It has a side slit. Please see pictures.
