Across the instep is the main attraction. Leather has been diagonally stitched directly across the instep. The same sinuous stitching slithers its way all around the side of the shoe from one side to the other. There are eight eyelets on each shoe making pulling them tight a snap with the easy-slide leather strings. An extra set of shoe strings is also included.
