An slightly convex oval design,the silver brooch was skillfully hammered and decoratively rimmed.A good sized oval shaped firey opal like stone( don't believe it's genuine opal, most likely lab created or glass)is set into the center and also rimmed to create this gorgeous brooch. Measuring approximately 1 3/8" long X 1 1/4" wide,the brooch closes in the back and is marked 925..The shining glory of this brooch is the fiery opal stone..It is really pretty!.Please look at pics closely as they are part of the description
