BILL BLASS New York High waist skirt

NEW Bill BLASS New York high-waisted Multi striped fabric these are a sample sale item. Waist 15 1/4 across,tagged a size 6 but I think it a bit larger then that length is 26” long waist to bottom of hem. Love this Fabric it is so fun and a quality fabric, there is also a built in slip 7” hidden zipper in back & 6 1/2” back slit.
