An absolute showstopper made by my favourite ATL DESIGNER. He only makes one in each size. Very few repeats ever. The length falls to below the knee thereby enhancing the hourglass shape. The top is self tie, so make it as high or low in the neckline as you like. The skirt fabric cinches you in!
