BILLABONG Designer’s Closet Pencil Skirt

EUC Adorable Billabong Pencil Skirt made from super soft and stretchy thin sweater-like material. 27” from waist to hem & 13” across waist but it has lots of stretch. I am typically a medium in Billabong and it has a very “body-con” curve hugging fit. I think I wore it once so it is like new with zero flaws.
