BINDI art wearable huge fabric piece wrap, sarong ,dress curtain or table cloth

This is a very unusual multi colored hand done finished fabric piece of fabric art originally made in Australia by artist Steven Hen in Brisbane Australia. He has signed the fabric piece also shown in photo#6 in the pink area shown. The tag indicates this piece was made in India.The colors and the sea designs are vibrant and on both sides of the fabric.The colors are blue, green purple and pinks. Fish starfish shellfish interpretations of jellyfish and other types of aquatic life . The last two photos taken outdoors. Unusual and amazing. Measures72 inches long and 44 inches wide. Could be worn, or hung as a curtain or table covering. This piece is in excellent never used condition. There are some irregularities in the fabric painting some white spots and the tiny hole in the corner of the fabric which may have been from a tag or where the piece was displayed! They are visible in the last photo. The design and colors are vibrant on both sides of the piece. Just incredible.
