BIRD ON A BRANCH WALL POCKET

This wall pocket is noted in the wall pocket book on page 100. This is a Made in Japan pocket that is so pretty! The bird is done in a different color paint which is common in decorative pottery. The book shows the bird being yellow with dark wing and tail. This one has wings of dark blue, green back and tail and a yellow breast. No cracks or crazing. As I said before, wall pockets are still great for decorating a room with vintage items. This style was very popular many years ago and still is with many decorators today.
