@clairabearra Oh, I just looked at the pictures closely! I see what you mean. I don’t think there is actual damage… I think it is the picture. I received the shoes and tried them in my home but they didn’t fit, and I didn’t see any damage. I am not at home but when I get home I will check them for you to be sure. Thanks!!

Hi Claira! I am home now and took pictures. I am trying to figure out how to get them to you. There is no tear in the strap but it looks like something got dropped on it or something and made a ding on the top.
