The skirt is a size 8 and has a side zip however it has been sewn in (darts on back) so probably measures more of a 7? Waist is 11 1/4 across/length-13” to end of tulle or 11” to end of lining The bow has 2 marks on it which i would just dat over with finger nail polish or fabric paint in cream or you could even remove bow or simply put another decoration on.
