Great pre-loved condition low rise women's BKE Culture Bootcut Jean from The Buckle. Rise is approximately 8 inches (see pics). Some consider this a low rise and some a medium rise. Look closely at all the pics for cool distressing / destruction / fraying including bottom of the hems (adding to the cool factor!), back pockets, top front of jeans.
