BLACK "CHAN" MAXI DRESS SIZE 14

This black dress has a soft "ribbing" (like corduroy) on the top while below the waist is not ribbed. It is supremely comfortable to wear and there is no zipper! It pulls on over your head. There is a black "string belt" that is attached at the waist and can be tied in various ways. It is difficult to see but it does show in the view from the back. Goes great with boots or dress shoes.
