Not gonna lie! Yes, these are Wal-Mart. Their "George" brand used to be a decent work wardrobe for the broke (I.e. young adults with children)! Not sure about anywhere else in No America, but I can't find these anymore... And I've actually looked!!!! So... Front and back pockets, low rise, stretch material. Not itchy, feels great! 40.75" long at side seam incl 1.75" waistband. Appx 37" below waist.
