Xscape by Joanna Chen brand formal dress street size 2/ small but please note label size 4. dress has been altered/ hemmed to fit someone 5’5’ or shorter. I am 5 ft tall and wearing 5 inch heels in pics. solid black with padding, features open back with tie and drop waist style. the dress is high quality has different layers of material so it’s heavy. 92% polyester, 8% spandex so stretchy material is very forgiving. worn once for prom but great for military ball or any special occasion!
