Great condition summer dress with a woven 100% cotton texture. Navy and white striped tie belt at waist with loops. Side zip closure and pockets at sides. Sleeveless and v-neck with ruffled collar. Midi length with flair ruffle skirt. Does have some slight darker marks on left bust as shown (lower right quadrant of very last picture). Should be able to remove when washing.
