raven007 according to the measurements this jacket runs small ? am I wrong ?

dean21x @raven007 i just measures again and the shoulders are more like 18.5-19”, the shoulder pads make it difficult to get super accurate. i don’t know if it runs small for XL, i’m a S/M and i wore it and it’s big on me, not that helps much! any other measurements that might help?
