I don’t know much about this dress - it’s good quality knit, unlined and used to have shoulder pads as the Velcro is still there. It’s a cute dress - I wish I knew what it was! No holes, marks or pulls. Lightweight knit. Skirt of the dress is straight. Pull over style - no zips or buttons. Shoulder to shoulder : 18” Underarm to end of sleeve : 21” Back of neck to hem : 41.5” Waist flat across : 16.5” Hips flat across : 20”
