BLACK MINI DRESS - PACSUN - swipe for model & tag

this is a really cute dress in the size XS but i would recommend for people with larger chests or size small (maybe even medium). it was too lose on my chest areas but i have smaller breasts so it would look so flattering on larger chests. it has some ruffled detailing and a zipper on the back. there are also puff sleeves. the length of the dress is really nice too (exactly like the model). this is new with the tag on!!
