Known as the "Catalog House" This cottage was built in 1890 by Irish settler Jeremiah Nunan.
5. "Jackson County Courthouse 1883"
The Italianate brick and mortar courthouse was built in 1883 for the county seat.
6. "Orth House 1880"
The Orth House was built in 1880 for John Orth, the town butcher.
7. "Redmen's Hall 1884"
Redmen's Hall was built in 1884 for the Improved Order of Redmen Fraternal Society.
8. "Peter Britt House 1880"
This is the Gothic style cottage of Peter Brit, the famous Painter, Photographer and all around Renaissance man.

This is a painting of the Italianate U.S. Hotel that George Holt constructed for his wife to run her hotel in. President Hayes stayed there.
