bouqui @sherryberryb344 the straps are adjustable at the back. You will need to adjust both straps and ensure that they are the same length upon adjustment. I am happy to exchange for a Large size for you if the previous purchase (size medium) is still intact i.e new with tag. Also, you will be responsible for shipping it back to me.
