This Blondie Nites strapless gorgeous sapphire blue formal mini gown is perfect for prom or homecoming. The tag is still attached inside. It was purchased at Macy’s, and the retail was $139 on it at the time. I did notice that the dress does not really show any signs of wear, but the inside ribbon part that helps hang a dress on the hanger has been cut off. Sz 13
